An opportunity has arisen working with a well renowned Main Contractor client of ours who undertake various mixed-use regeneration projects across the UK.
As there has been a lot of success this year and already for next, they are now having a large recruitment drive and there is a new Permanent role for a Project Manager. 
Responsibilities of the Project Manager.
  • Oversee the project team and supply chain to complete the project within budget, on time and to the best quality.
  • Produce reports, professional records and general information to the Contracts Director.
  • Be the main point of contact for the client and government officials whilst building solid rapport, understanding the clients requirements and relaying to the team.
  • Ensure there is a proactive approach to manage the Health & Safety on site.
  • Manage a team of Senior Engineers, Site Managers, Subcontractors and direct labour workforce.
Experience of the Project Manager:
  • Experience working as a Project Manager on projects that value between £10m - £60m
  • A degree/HND in Construction (Desirable)
  • Commercially aware with extensive knowledge of the overall construction process.
  • Experience working with a Main Contractor 
  • Provided Longevity in their career.
In return the Project Manager will receive:
  • £60,000 - £70,000 salary (depending on experience)
  • Travel/Car Allowance 
  • Consistent training and development.
  • Travel and Hotel cost paid for.
  • Progression.
