A client of ours who specialise in Civil Engineering and Construction, are currently developing multiple projects in Birmingham that require 2 Project Managers on Long Term Freelance/Permanent basis.
Project Location - Birmingham
The successful Project Manager will:
- Have extensive experience working on External Works including - Drainage, Roads, Kerbs, Groundworks and general Civils.
- Ideally, also have experience across demolition and build within Frames and Basements.
- Able to commute/lodge to Birmingham, near to site.
- Have sound knowledge of H&S
- Have worked for either main contractors or subcontractors but have managed multiple projects from inception through to completion.
Other Requirements:
- SMSTS
- CSCS - (Black Card Preferred)
- First Aid
