An ambitious main contractor who specialise within the fit out, new build and refurbishment sectors are searching for a Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
This business are going from strength to strength since the formation of the company close to 10 years’ ago, they have a sustainable client base of repeat business who allow them to maintain a steady pipeline of projects which an average programme length of 32-36 weeks.
Due to an increase in workload, they require a Project Manager to join their team and initially be based on a project in Dartford which is a new build industrial scheme.
This is a growing business and would be an ideal company for ambitious people that want opportunities to develop and grow with a company that has big aspirations for the future, there are very real opportunities for progression within this business.
You will have strong communication skills as you will be liaising with the client representative, greater site team and subcontractors.
About you:
- Experience on new build Steel Frame schemes (Preferable but not essential)
- Previous construction experience and demonstrable history of taking projects from cradle to grave
- Ambitious and career minded
- Personable and a team player
