A well renowned Tier 1 contractor client of ours is currently seeking a Project Manager within their Capital Works and refurbishment team on a contract basis for a minimum of 6 months initially.
The successful Project Manager will:
- Have extensive experience across capital works, refurbishments, new build substations, roofing works and healthcare.
- Have experience working on design & build contracts.
- Have worked with pre-construction and construction stage management.
- SMSTS/First Aid
- Ideally have experience within the healthcare sector.
- Ideally DBS cleared.
