They are looking for a Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

Purpose of the role:
Project Manager responsible for managing for selected buildings on the construction platforms.
Will manage a team of Project Engineers, Section Engineers and Site Engineers.
Key responsibilities and specific accountabilities:
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
• Collaborate with other project departments, plan and coordinate services for deliveries of prefabricated cages, embedded items, plant and equipment
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
• Liaise with support teams to request and organize deliveries of equipment and materials
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports as per Project requirements
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues Technical Knowledge:
• Specialist in construction of complex structural works
• Cost Control experience
Key Skills & Competencies:
• Proven experience as Construction Project Manager
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials and project management principles
• Experience required in the construction of reinforced concrete structures with knowledge of temporary works process
• Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with construction / project management software, Digital engineering and 3D model software will be a plus
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• A team player with leadership abilities
