Our client, a well known consultancy in New Zealand, are seeking a Project Manager to work in the Taranaki area on a commercial build project.
Responsibilities
- Assist in providing appropriate leadership to their Project Teams through clear direction.
- Identifying and addressing risks and issues to minimize and mitigate impact to the projects.
- Writing Project Management Plans which are aligned with the clients’ needs and objectives.
- Thinks ahead and plans for the future success of their project.
- Creating and implementing plans and strategies at a project level to achieve goals.
- Identifying, managing and mitigating all project risks.
- Managing the delivery of projects to fully satisfy client needs and expectations.
About You:
- Experience in construction
- Demonstrated experience in:
- Managing projects within clearly defined scopes to achievable project schedules and budgets
- Managing the demands of concurrent projects and deadlines
- The successful applicant will enjoy working with people, building relationships through project teams and clients
