Carmichael are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to run two concurrent Civils schemes in Luton.
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for running the two schemes, the first of which starting imminently, the second in September. Scope of works will include Civils, drainage, traffic schemes
Duties will include
- Managing the two schemes simultaneously
- Planning & Programming of the works
- Liaison with client & council
- Oversee all aspects of site operations
- Lead and mentor the site team
- Daily records for works completed on site each day and note all programme delays
- Attend weekly progress meetings with the client
