I am currently recruiting for a Project Manager on behalf of a civil engineering contractor to cover projects throughout London.
Having been in business for over 50 years, they have carved a fantastic reputation within the market for their complex and technically challenging projects.
Due to an increase in new projects being awarded, they are looking to add an experienced Project Manager to help bolster their Substructures team which will involve Basements, Temporary Works and Enabling Works.
Some of your duties will involve:
- Have previous Basements experience
- Gain approvals from third parties such as TFL, RFL, Thames Water and Local Authorities
- Be able to develop Temporary Works strategies with their in-house design team
- Be familiar with all types of piling works
- Write RAMS and Method statements
About you:
- HND or Degree in Civil Engineering
- Have previous basements experience with relevant UK experience
- Able to work in London
- Sound knowledge of Temporary Works
