Project Manager concrete
An opportunity exists for a very experience concrete Project Manager. Previous experience on the construction of many large concrete projects like nuclear plants, power stations, industrial factories, bespoke bridges etc. specialising in tailored shuttering, heavy duty reinforcing and the use of admixtures/additives in concrete, on large pours.
Duties include:

The management of the construction team whilst reporting to the Directors.

Management of the program, delivery targets, quality, safety and costs

Daily interaction with the client and stakeholders

Solving technical queries
Requirements for this project include –
-
Extensive heavy reinforced concrete experience on large civil engineering structures (not buildings)

Proven motivational, communication and management skills.

A civil engineering qualification is preferred.

Excellent technical knowledge on placing high spec concrete.
This post falls outside IR35. Accommodation is supplied, rates are highly negotiable.
