Leading Infrastructure group specialising in the delivery of infrastructure projects including highways, rail, energy etc. seeks to employ a highways Project Manager to manage the delivery of Smart Motorway projects.
Duties of the Project Manager will include the
- Day to day delivery of the project in accordance to the specifications and the company values
- Planning and programming of the works
- Interaction with the Client, Consulting Engineers, Directors and Colleagues
- Employ, task and manage the delivery team
- Managing the commercial aspects including contractual documentation
- Reporting of progress
- Health and Safety
Requirements for the Project Manager post are –
- Civil Engineering qualification
- Extensive experience in the delivery of highways for a tier one contractor
- Recent proven experience in a similar post as a Project Manager with a UK Contractor
- Self-motivated, Conscientious and collaborative
- Strong written and verbal English Language skills within a technical environment
- Member of the Association of Project Managers advantageous
