I’m currently looking for a Project Manager for work for a main joint venture on HS2 based in Birmingham. This is a freelance position and a great opportunity to work on one of the biggest projects in Europe.
Description of Activities to be undertaken
- Planning during pre-construction phase
- Responsible for specialist work package delivery
- Co-ordination with JV management
- Co-ordination and organisation of resources for package
- Responsibility for Logistics, HSSE, Quality records and Performance reporting.
- Co-ordination with all relevant teams
- Weekly meetings, reporting and assist project controls function
Minimum Qualifications Needed for Role
- Educated to degree level, ideally with 2 years post qualification experience, some of which should have been gained working in a similar sector.
- Excellent communication, personal planning and interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Excel proficient
