A top 10 RC Frame contractor are searching for an experienced Project Manager to add to their team on a long-term basis.
This business have a strong reputation for delivering some of the most complex Groundworks and RC Frame packages across London on schemes up to 30 storeys covering Residential, Mixed-Use, Retail and Stadiums.
Due to a full order book for 2020 they require a Project Manager to oversee a project in North-West London, due to the workload you will be moved on to other sites once completed and they can guarantee long-term work.
About you:
- Demonstrable experience gained from working as a Project Manager within a similar RC frame/Groundworks subcontractor
- Able to manage both groundworks and RC frame packages
- Capable of overseeing complex projects valued up to £20m
- 'Boots on the ground' manager
- Must have a stable career history
