This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager with continuous extensive experience in the delivery of major tunnels / shafts as gained with a tier one/principal contractor, to show-cased your skills and expertise on an iconic, ground breaking project which provides accommodation and meals.
Duties will include –
- Creating programs for the delivery of the project
- Creating the construction methodology
- Monitoring project budget and programme
- Writing and reviewing RAMS
- Managing plant and materials
- Ensure Health and safety
- Daily liaison with clients and Subcontractors
- Overall responsibility for the delivery
Requirements include the following –
- Civil engineering degree is preferred
- Experience as a Project Manager/Site Agent with a tier one principal contractor
- Extensive site engineering experience and capabilities on tunneling and shaft sinking
- Solid communication and management skills coupled with a collaborative nature
- CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid plus any BTS accreditations (temporary works etc.)
- Prepared to work shift patterns which would include weekends
