Role Responsibilities:

Ensuring commercial control of the project

Managing the financial change process under NEC form of contract

Ensuring correct contract administration

Controlling project costs and managing revenue

Cost and value reporting
Required Experience:

Experience of working as a QS
-
A Degree/HNC in Quantity Surveying
-
NEC contract experience
-
Highway maintenance experience
-
Excellent Communication Skills
