CarmichaelUK are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor on a contract basis to work with one of our main contractors on Highways Schemes Projects in Berkshire.
Role: Project Quantity Surveyor
Location: Windsor office
Project: Highways Scheme
Duration: 6 months - on going
Payment: UMBRELLA OR PAYE
Reporting to the Project Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for:
-Building of the price
-schedule of rates
-Estimating
- Managing subcontract accounts
-Final accounts, CE's and Quotes
-Submission of Quotes
-Agreeing changes with the Client
- Review of incoming accounts
- Preparation of applications and reports
- Help support the maximisation of commercial functions within the contracts
- Close collaboration with Site Managers and Project Managers to ensure fluidity between teams
Project Quantity Surveyor, We are looking for someone who:
- Has a degree in Quantity Surveying or related subject
-Experience with NEC3 option A
