Our client is working on a road improvement project. This is a contract position although temp to perm candidates would be preferred. QS experience working on a term maintenance road project is essential.
Role Responsibilities:

Ensuring commercial control of the project

Managing the financial change process under NEC form of contract

Ensuring correct contract administration

Controlling project costs and managing revenue

Cost and value reporting
Required Experience:

Experience of working as a QS

You have worked on a term maintenance project

A Degree/HNC in Quantity Surveying
-
NEC contract experience
-
Highway maintenance experience
Excellent Communication Skills
