A great, inside IR35 opportunity exists for a Senior Engineering Surveyor on a massive rail project stretching from Manchester to Leeds. Engineering Surveyors are also encouraged to apply.
You will be working in the surveys team to assist with planning of SI/GI activities.
Duties include -
- Installation of survey stations/control points
- Traversing and levelling of survey stations
- Conducting topo surveys and as builts
- Adhering to method statements and permits
- Planning of the works
- Adhering to safety and QA requirements
Requirements for this position -
- Extensive engineering survey experience
- Track survey competence and experience of GEDO track trolley advantageous
- Previous recent experience on rail projects preferred but not essential
- Proficient in the use of survey software
- Processing experience with n4ce or equivalent
- PTS, SMST, OLEC, CAT & Genny, First Aid and AUTOCAD
