I am looking for PTS Shuttering Carpenters for ongoing rail project in the Peterborough area
You will be working as a Shuttering Carpenter/ Joiner reporting to the site management team, ensuring the highest levels of health, safety and compliance at all times. As a Shuttering Carpenter/ Joiner you will be required to create temporary formwork or shuttering structures on a work site. You will be responsible for positioning and supporting wooden boards or metal plates in place ready for concrete to be poured into the moulds. It is your duty to inspect the formwork for imperfections or potential problem spots before concrete is poured; once the concrete is poured into the moulds, you will need to monitor the concrete and the formwork to ensure the process is going smoothly. You may also be required to travel between stations and work a variety of shift patterns.
