An excellent opportunity exist for an experienced multidisciplinary rail Sub Agent for a long term project in Manchester. Your added knowledge and proven experience on the signalling, telecomms, E&P and track coupled with extensive track side civils on major projects is sought after.
Duties will include -
- Management of project deliveries as issued by the Project Management team
- Daily interaction with the Survey team to assist in delivery objectives
- Submitting accurate forecast for costs and turnover
- Manage subcontractors and allocated contracts
- Assist in defining project deliveries and targets
- Planning, executing and finalising specific projects
- Defining the works packages
- Identifying and monitoring risks
- Monitoring and reporting of financial performance
- Managing health and safety
Requirements for the opportunity include
- Preferable a Civil Engineering and Project Management qualification/accreditation
- Proven previous management experience on large multi disciplinary rail projects
- Previous extensive tier one/principal contractor experience on rail projects
- Working knowledge of P6 and Lean Six Sigma
- PTS, OLEC, SMSTS, IOSH,
- Prepared to consider PAYE working options
