CarmichaelUk are looking for a QS and a Senior QS to work with one of our clients based in Central London. Our client is a long standing joint venture working on highways maintenance and upgrade frameworks and is currently inundated with work due to the recent government pledge to spend £2b on cycle paths in the London area.
Reporting into the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Cost reporting
- Change management
- Subcontractor claims
- Forecasting
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold an HNC or higher in Quantity Surveying or related subject
- Have experience working on highways projects
