I have a requirement for a QA Engineer based in South West London
Reporting to the Project Manager and Quality Manager, the Quality Engineer will be responsible for plan, and coordinate testing activities in accordance to process, liaise with Package Manager to complete H&S files and ITP records. Ensure that quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked, and resolved.
Responsibilities:
• Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Support project team with QA process, review management document and lead document submission in accordance to document management plan
- Liaise with PM and QA Area Manager to plan and support QA Audits.
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities. Ensure that all the records and packages are completed in accordance to process.
- Undertake Quality inspection..
- Monitor and promote health and safety on the site. Record and report any breaches to the Project Manager.
- Ensure that all the relevant records in accordance to approved ITP are in place.
- Attend project, site progress and quality meetings as directed by the project manager.
- Monitor quality of the Contractor’s construction installations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelors degree qualified in Civil Engineering & Quality or a relevant subject
• Multi-disciplinary construction teams
