An opportunity exists for an experienced and competent Quality Manager on a highways project in the Hampshire area. Your sound knowledge and understanding of the highway specifications and the design manual for roads and bridges will put you in pole position for this opportunity.

Your duties will include –

  • Ensuring that all quality checks have been completed in accordance to the specifications
  • Manage the inspection teams  consisting of, amongst others, Clerk of Works and Document controllers
  • Compile and prepare Test plans, checklist and quality audits
  • Ensure that the construction process is compliant
  • Ensure that the works are carried out safely
  • Compiling the handover report

You will be expected to have the following attributes -

  • Preferably a civil engineering qualification
  • Have previous experience working on highways projects in a senior capacity
  • Previous Quality Management experience
  • Sound management skills
  • Expert knowledge  and ability on the quality process
  • Solid documentation control experience
