Quality Manager

The client is looking to employ a Quality Manager for a large scale rail civils project in London. The right candidate will have 10+ years experience in a senior quality position in the UK. 

Duties will include the following:

  • Manage and lead on all aspects of Quality and Assurance
  • Provide QA strategies and the process
  • Ensure QA deliverable meet project specs
  • Create, implement and drive audits
  • Establish compatible working relationships with clients and staff
  • Set up and lead quality forums
  • Oversee supplier ISO audits

Requirements for this post are:

  • A recognised QA qualification
  • Membership of an appropriate QA professional body
  • Experience as a QA Manager in a similar environment (Industrial construction) within the UK
  • Knowledge of materials
  • Strong, commercial, planning, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Experience working on a rail project.
