Our client is working on a major roads improvement project. This is requirement is expected to last at least 5 months, potentially up to 2 years. QS experience working on a major UK road is essential.
Role Responsibilities:
- Ensuring commercial control of the project
- Managing the financial change process under NEC form of contract
- Ensuring correct contract administration
- Controlling project costs and managing revenue
- Cost and value reporting
Required Experience:
- Experience of working as a QS
- A Degree/HNC in Quantity Surveying
- NEC contract experience
- Highway maintenance experience
- Excellent Communication Skills
