I am working with a client specialising in providing civil engineering solutions within groundworks, infrastructure, highways and enabling works.
They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Bedford on a permanent basis.
This role would be suitable for someone at Assistant QS, QS or Senior QS level, with experience in either groundworks housing development.
Main responsibilities:
- Contractual administration of high value project subcontractors;
- Sub-contract management, procurement and negotiation;
- Commercial resolution with Clients of scheme outcomes, including payments;
- Managing projects from award through to final accounts;
Requirements:
- Degree in quantity surveying or equivalent
- previous experience in civil engineering sector
