Carmichael are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a large infrastructure project based in the West Midlands.
As a Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of relationships with clients and suppliers, managing commercial assistants when part of a team.
We’d like you to provide direct to the Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor, on a period basis, internal and external figures for both current and forecast positions to the senior commercial team.
You’ll also be responsible for the production of records and reports, sub-contract accounts, contra charges and sundry accounts. Preparation of external / internal valuations. Providing training as appropriate.
