- Measurements, valuations and variation orders
- Financial forecasts, cost reports and cash flow
- Subcontractor appointments, and final accounts
- Daily commercial recording
- Tendering
Requirements include –
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying
- Experience working for a building contractor on JCT projects
- Exceptional knowledge of the construction process, contract documentation and administration
- Commercially astute, committed and accountable
- CSCS
