A high-profile job-based in Sizewell are looking for a Senior QS to join their team.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you can be expected to work within a close-knit and supportive team and will be given the autonomy to lead and manage. You will be expected to to deal with cost reconciliations, cash management, subcontractor account management, dispute management, and much more.
This role is for the earthworks subcontractor on site.
About you:
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Rail experience
- Strong knowledge of NEC contracts including options A, B, and C
- Knowledge of NR forms of contract
- Experience of working on civil engineering/ earthworks projects
- Clear communication skills and proactive in tackling issues
