We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join a Main Contractor assisting with the post-contract commercial works for a major project. This role will be based at their Head Quarters in Stowe and the duration will initially be 8 weeks.
The role will be assisting the existing commercial team assessing, preparing and writing variations and claims for a recently completed Stadium project in London.
The ideal candidate will have enthusiasm and diligence in reviewing the site information, records, drawings etc and then reviewing, assessing and then preparing variations and claim documents with the commercial and contract team.
