A well-known contractor is currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to work across a number of highways projects in the South West. Based out of Bristol, the ideal candidate must have at least 2-5 years of highways experience working for a civil engineering contractor.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting
- Cost Control & Budget Management
- Record Keeping
- Cost Forecasting
- Measure and Value
- Change Management and Claims
- Subcontract Procurement
- Client and Supply Chain Relationships
Requirements:
- Degree Qualified in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management (or similar, HNC will be considered)
- Minimum of 2 years Commercial Experience in the UK
- Familiar with NEC forms of contracts
