We are looking for an immediate start Quantity Surveyor to manage numerous smaller project simultaneously in Leeds. This role would best suit a Quantity Surveyor that has experience on roads and highways projects
Responsibilities for this post include –
- Manage all commercial aspects of projects
- Provide support and manage the contractual issues
- Evaluate bills of quantities and rates
- Oversee and manage the measurement of work done
- Produce and evaluate monthly claims
- Evaluate and assist in the production of monthly cost report
- Identify and highlight any risks
Requirements for this post include –
- BSc in Quantity Surveying or similar
- Experience within the Civil Engineering industry specifically roads, utilities, earthworks, highways etc
- Proven ability to manage numerous civil engineering projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
