The client is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work on a major rail project in South West London.
The ideal candidate will have experience in;
- Experience in a rail civil environment (preferably 5+ years)
- NEC 3 Contract Option A experience
- Ensuring the project commercial team has enough resources (could include hiring background)
- Cash flow forecasting
- CVR processes
- Putting metrics in place to make sure time budgets/ targets are being met.
- Lead procurement/ supply chain management
- Risk management
