Position: Quantity Surveyor - Construction and Civils

Quantity Surveyor Construction
Excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage commercial aspects on a range of construction and demolitions projects in London. Excellent rates offered based on experience.
Duties include:
- Measurements and valuation
- Financial forecasts and cost reports
- Subcontractor appointments, valuations and accounts
- Daily commercial recording
- Management of junior staff
- Final accounts
Requirements include:
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying
- More than 5 years’ experience working for a building contractor on JCT projects
- Exposure to industrial, factories or distribution centres.
- Exceptional knowledge of the construction process, contract documentation and administration
- Commercially astute
- Committed and accountable
- The right to work in the UK
