Recruitment Administrator to respond to recruitment queries and preform general administration with strong microsoft experience (excel, word, powerpoint).
The successful Administrator will be working for a Tier 1 civils construction company in the resourcing team. 
 
Start: 27.03.22
Permanent contract £25000-£30000
 
Duties include:
• Loading new vacancies onto the intranet system
• Maintaining vacancy databases/spreadsheets
• Administration of the recruitment inbox
• Assisting in production of monthly management recruitment reports
• Maaging the internal recruitment approval system
• Screening of job applications
• Coordinating and arranging interviews
• Issuing appropriate correspondence to job applicants
• Management of invoices/credits/agency cost reports
• Supporting the team in the delivery of recruitment campaigns or initiatives
• Liaising with preferred suppliers when new vacancies are received to source suitable candidates
• Liaising with job boards and internal departments to create and place job adverts
• Acting as an internal consultant to managers on recruitment matters and methods, ensuring Company policy is adhered to
• Keeping in regular contact with recruiting managers to ensure that jobs are still live and they are receiving appropriate candidates from the agencies
• Assisting the HR administration team in issuing offers of employment
