An exciting opportunity has come up for a Safety Passport Coordinator to work on a major water framework in Reading. This is a contract role for a main contractor which will take you through until May 2019. 
 
Role Purpose: 
The Orientation & Thames Water Safety Passport System Co-ordinator is responsible to ensure that the Phase 1 and Phase 2 Orientation for framework Staff and suppliers, were required, organised and facilitated to meet programme and client needs. 
 
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: 
  • Book the Phase 1 and Phase 2 Orientation facility in consultation with the Training Manager. 
  • Act as the main point of contact for the Phase 1 and Phase 2 Orientation process taking bookings, confirming delegates, send Joining Instructions/details for supplier staff 
  • Record attendance, collate results and issue the Safety Passport to all on successful completion of the Phase 1 Orientation 
  • Complete appropriate Drug or Alcohol documentation in accordance with the  Drug & Alcohol Testing Policy for individual Non-negative, Absconders, With Cause testing and Laboratory Results 
  • Working with the Thames Water Safety Passport System (TWSPS) Administrator maintain access to the TWSPS Database 
  • Produce and continually update plans to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment 
  • Produce training and Drug & Alcohol statistics for the Head of SHEW Monthly Report Maintain all relevant Phase 1 and Phase 2 Orientation documentation
 
Skills
  • CIPD Certificate in Training Practice or equivalent
