Our client is looking for SCADA Engineer to deliver a system upgrade at a major London hospital. The candidate will need to come up with a proposal to upgrade the sites current ION Enterprise system running V5.5 to the latest PME (Power Monitoring Expert) Healthcare edition V8.2. The software monitors the power meters, select breakers, mechanical meters and third party interfaces (UPS/generators).
Duties
You for the is project you will be expected to;
- Install new software (MSSQL 2016 + PME)
- update all existing screens to new colours and update to newer higher resolution graphics, update to reports. Works also allow for new drop-down menu.
- check MDI interface
- Train staff on the updated system
- manage the project from start to finish (this includes pricing it)
The ideal candidate;
- worked as a SCADA Engineer before
- would have delivered similar upgrade projects in the past
- be familiar with the software (MSSQL 2016 + PME)
- be comfortable working independently
- have a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
