A leading highways contractor is looking for a Schemes Engineer to work with a main contractor in delivering a bridge repair project in West London. This is for an immediate start and is likely to run until June, with the possibility of extension.
Reporting into the Schemes Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Advising design team on buildability
- Production of safe systems of works
- Managing permits
- External stakeholder management
- Management of the subcontractor
- Programming
- Providing commercial input
We are looking for someone who:
- Has an HNC or higher in civil engineering or related subject
- Holds a valid CSCS card
- Has commercial and programming experience
- Has subcontractor management experience
