Location: West London
Duration: 5 Months (with potential to extend)
Pay Type: PAYE/Umbrella
Pay Rate: £500 per day
Responsibilities:
This role will cover the following tasks

Familiarization with the SCL design for specific shaft /adit locations

Understanding of, and contribution to preparation of, the RESS

Briefing RESS at start of shifts to construction team

Ensuring the requirements of the RESS are observed and carried out

Highlighting and advising on any works that are not carried out in accordance with the RESS or best practice

Recording and signing check sheets related to SCL quality and assurance identified in the ITP

Ensuring any relevant testing is undertaken and samples prepared and stored as appropriate

Preparing handover notes at end of shift and reviewing and actioning handover notes from previous shift
Required:

SCL Engineering or Supervision experience (essential)

Construction experience (essential)

Completion of check sheets and assurance documentation via paper, tablet or PC (desirable)

Ability and willingness to raise quality or working practice concerns to the construction supervisors and to report to any concerns to the Senior SCL Engineer
