We are currently recruiting for a Section Engineer or Sub Agent to join a major infrastructure package at Heathrow Airport . This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a high-profile project delivering complex structural and build related works within one of the UK's busiest transport hubs.
You will be responsible for managing and supervising key construction activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and to the highest quality standards.
Key Experience Required
- Previous experience as a Section Engineer, Senior Section Engineer, Sub Agent
- Strong background in dry-lining and structural steelwork, steel frame installation or steel erection works.
- Alternatively, proven experience delivering station construction, station upgrades, station refurbishments or transport hub projects.
- Experience managing subcontractors, temporary works, quality assurance and construction programmes.
- Strong understanding of health & safety and permit-to-work systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing daily site operations and work packages.
- Coordinating steelwork and structural installations.
- Overseeing engineering, quality and programme requirements.
- Reviewing RAMS, ITPs and construction documentation.
- Liaising with client representatives, designers and subcontractors.
- Ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently in a live operational environment.

- Experience working within airports, rail stations or major infrastructure environments.
- NEC contract awareness.
