Location: East London
We are working with a civils contractor that are looking to take on a section engineer to cover QA, management of setting out engineers, setting out and surveys / as builts. This is working on the Silvertown Tunnel project in East London,
This would suit a Site Engineer looking for the next step up.
You will be responsible for:
- Quality Assurance / RFI's
- Managing a team
- Managing programmes
- Liaising with the client and various other professionals
- As built surveys
- Dealing with risk assessments and method statements
- Daily / weekly progress meetings
Requirements:
- Degree / HND qualified
- 2 Years experience
- AutoCAD experience
- Ability to explain design ideas and plans clearly and concisely
- Confident in making decisions
- Excellent communicator both written and verbal
- Project Management skills
- Ability to work within budgets and to tight deadlines
- Ability to work within a team
