Section Engineer – Tier One Contractor – Sizewell C

Location: Sizewell, Suffolk
Project: Sizewell C (Major Nuclear Infrastructure)

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out accurate setting‑out and surveying using GPS, Total Station, and digital levelling equipment
• Lead engineering control across drainage, roads, pavements, utilities, and infrastructure packages
• Ensure works are delivered to design, specifications, and project standards
• Produce and review ITPs, RAMS, and technical documentation
• Oversee and verify engineering checks, as-builts, QA records, and documentation
• Coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress, and resolve technical issues
• Conduct site inspections, surveys, and engineering problem-solving
• Liaise with designers, temporary works teams, and client representatives
