An exciting opportunity has come up for a Section Engineer to join a major Joint Venture on a Smart Motorway Upgrade in the West Midlands. This is your opportunity to further develop your career with a joint venture consisting of two of the UK's largest civil construction companies.
Duties will include:
*Ensuring the works are constructed according to the design and specifications
*Ensure Health and Safety compliance
*Monitoring and management of the nominated subcontractors
*Quality control in accordance to the specifications
*Compiling of RAMS
*Produce accurate daily diaries
*Permit clearances, daily records, etc
Requirements for Section Engineer:
*HND or Degree in Civil Engineering
*Extensive experience as Section Engineer/Senior Engineer on Civil engineering projects
*Experience on highways or major roads
*CSCS
*SMSTS and First Aid
*A UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK
