I’m recruiting for 2x section engineers for a £250m rail project at Barking Riverside. Due to 10,000 new homes being build in the area, the staion extension - which includes 1.6km of new track is now underway.
6+ months work available (potentially longer for the correct candidate), start date 2nd Jan 2019.
The position will initially be based out of Stratford and move to site at Barking around Feb/March 2019
The role:
Compiling documentation (WPPs, ITPs, Task Briefs etc) and managing Site Engineers during the site establishment enabling works phase.
Candidates will have a good level of site experience and previously had in experience some of the following areas;
- Compiling WPPs, ITPs, Task Briefs
- Site Establishment/ compound set ups
- Sheet Piling
- CFA/ Bored Piling
- RC Works
Skills:
Previously worked as a Section Engineer or sub agent on a major rail project
You have experience in sheet piling, bored piling RC works
PTS is essintial
You have worked on high value projects ideally with main contractor
Hold a valid CSCS card
BSc or BEng level qualification in a Civil Engineering allied subject or HNC/HND or the equivalent.
