An inside IR35 opportunity exists for a Section Engineer proficient in the delivery of inner-city land regeneration projects. Your experience in the relocation of utilities and drainage on public realm projects is sought after.
This project is due to start in September.
Reporting to the Sub Agent your duties will include –
- Competent in producing all site administration including Risk Assessments, Method Statements, ITPs, RFIs and early warnings
- Monitoring, updating, forecasting and implementing the programme
- Design management and interpretation
- Interpreting and implementing of the construction process and procedure
- Manage Site Engineers and their duties including Setting out of the works and As built drawings
- Monitoring and management of the nominated subcontractors
- Reporting on progress
- Ensuring health and safety
Requirements for this post include-
- Previous experience completing similar projects for a tier one principal Contractor is preferred
- Experience in the relocation of utilities in city centres is essential
- Degree/Diploma in Civils Engineering or equivalent
- Proven recent delivery experience
- Excellent management and motivational skills
- Commercially aware, knowledgeable on regulations
- Additional certification advantageous like TWC, AP
- CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
