Due to continued success, CarmichaelUK, the leading civil engineering recruitment agency is expanding!  We are now looking for a Senior Business Manager to lead one of our Civil engineering and Rail teams in Stratford, East London. Our East London office is one of four and is located just a stone’s throw from the London Stadium, Orbit Observation Tower and Westfield Shopping Centre. Local stations include Stratford International, Stratford and Maryland; all just a short walk away.

Working as a Senior Business Manager at CarmichaelUK you will be supported to lead and achieve. Leaders of our business are supported through industry recognised management courses and internal leadership mentoring.

To be considered for a position as a Senior Business Manager you will:

  • Possess technical recruitment experience, with continuity of employment
  • Be prepared to manage one of our P&T London businesses
  • Be prepared to recruit across white-collar engineering and rail disciplines
  • Have a proven history of professional achievement
  • Have a confident telephone manner and be comfortable with face to face meetings
  • Be located within reasonable commuting distance to our office in East London
