CarmichaelUK are looking for a Senior Engineer to start ASAP on a bridge replacement job for one of clients who have been subcontracted to remove and replace the concrete foundations for the parapit and safety barrier. The job is located near Stevenage and will taking place over the course of 13 weeks.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Site diary
- Reading rebar drawings to determine a plan of action
- Weekly programming
- Maintaining stock levels
- Progress reporting to main contractor
We are looking for someone who:
- Has an HNC or higher in Civil Engineering or related subject
- Holds a valid CSCS card
- Has strong knowledge of rebar and concrete
- Has strong understanding of highway safety practices
