CarmichaelUK have been engaged on a four year framework to provide technical engineering resources for a range of engineering contracts within Hampshire and surrounding areas. These roles vary in scope – from civil engineering design, transport and development planning, through to construction and commercial management, highway asset management, drainage and flood water management.
Hours of work: Workload dependant but target hours 16 hr per week. On occasion with 2 weeks' notice workload increase temporarily up to 24hr per week. Working days to include Mondays
Candidates should have the following:
- Recent & relevant experience in the design and construction of street lighting on highway and related projects.
- Professional status - Ideally applicants ought to have Associate membership of the ILP for checking and approval of lighting designs undertaken by other Street Lighting Senior Engineers, Engineers and Technicians.
- Ability to design highway projects to programme and cost with minimal supervision.
- Ability to use Lighting Reality.
- Ability to use Amtech ProDesign 4
- Good Communication Skills
- G39/1 Code of practice training has been undertaken and is up to date
- Relevant and in date CSCS Card
