SENIOR ENGINEER – Infrastructure

£26 - £28 per hour (Ltd Co)
We are delighted to be recruiting for a Senior Engineer for civils works on an infrastructure project in Tottenham Hale on a freelance basis. Minimum 5 months work available.
You would be working for a major main contractor who has established their reputation in the industry as a leading specialist engineering and construction provider. They are looking for a Senior Engineer to join their infrastructure team on works which will include roadworks, utilities installation.
This is for a contract for 5+ months and your duties will include:
- manage/check the site engineers work/paperwork/processes
- check subbies method statements
- reconcile materials
- prepare ITPs and testing records
- prepare H&S files / O&M manuals
- Amending and writing method statements and risk assessments
- Helping manage and supervise the civils subcontractors
- Carrying out quality inspections as required
- Producing ITPs and as builds
Primarily office based skills with little/no setting out required.

If you are interested in the position, the successful applicant will need to demonstrate:
- A completed construction or civil engineering related Degree or HNC
- Hold a valid CSCS
- Have previously worked as a Site, Section or Senior Site Engineer
