CarmichaelUK are looking for a Senior Engineer to work with one of our closest clients on a re-signaling project in South London. This is part of a wider set of works to upgrade the signaling systems throughout the London Overground network. Our client will be carrying out civils works within the rail environment to support the more technical systems and signaling work that will be taking place. Based between 2 different offices in New Cross Gate and Tusle Hill, we are looking for someone to start ASAP and run through for approx. 6 months.
Your responsibilities will include:
- On Site Engineering and problem solving
- Take Off and Ordering of materials
- Production of Task Briefings
- Production of Work Inspection Sheets
- Sign off of Completed works
- Reviewing and commenting on Site Drawings
- Raising of TQ’s
- Production of Daily Site Diaries
We are looking for someone who has:
- An HNC or higher in civil engineering or related subject
- CSCS card
- PTS
- Tier 1 main contractor experience
