CarmichaelUK are looking for a Sub Agent / Senior Engineert to work on a bypass widening job near Southampton. This job is with one of our key clients and is for an immediate start. The requirement will likely run for 6 months depending on performance. Work will consist of general civils works such as earthworks, drainage, piling and also 278 works, the main bulk of works currently being carried out is the installation of an underpass.
Responsibilities will include:
- Subcontractor management
- Producing Rams, ITPs
- Chairing lookahead meetings
- Progress reporting
- Programming
- Internal and external stakeholder management
We are looking for someone who:
- Has an HNC or higher in civil engineering or related subject
- Holds a valid CSCS card
- Has main contractor experience
- Has worked on a highways job (not essential)
